Brownie In a Mug

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2013
Took care of my chocolate craving in a pinch, but wasn't as sweet as brownies and did have an olive oil flavor. And looking at the ingredients/calories it's just not worth it! For these calories I could have Ben and Jerry's.

Quinoa with Peas

Needs salt and seasoning! Also I would wait 10 additional minutes to add the peas so they don't end up so mushy...

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2013
SO good! I didn't think it had enough curry, so I added more. I also used a green apple, skin on, craisins instead of raisins and about a cup and a half of grapes (1/3 of a cup of grapes??). I'm going to try this next time with greek yogurt instead of mayo...

Zesty Quinoa Salad

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2013
Delicious! Made a couple changes-Kidney beans instead of black beans, lemon instead of lime and black pepper instead of red pepper flakes. This would also be great with celery, peas, bell pepper, etc...

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
This recipe would be 5 stars if the seasoning quantities were accurate! No changes needed for the marinade, but the sauce was so far off! I followed the recipe and it was so inedible I had to quadruple the tomato sauce and the cream while only doubling the garlic, cumin and paprika to make it edible. Even then there was still too much salt! I will make it again and I will probably leave the salt completely out of the sauce of only use 1/2 a teaspoon...Also- the chicken on its own was incredible! I will make the marinade again and add zucchini, onions, peppers, etc to the skewers and eat those on their own-YUM!!!
