This is a "go to" recipe for me! I've made this dish several times and it always turns out amazing. I have even tweaked it to use it as a homemade marinara sauce. Its a really great flavor! I wasn't sure at first if I would like the balsamic taste but trust me that the balsamic flavor really rounds this dish out nicely. I do recommend grinding the rosemary or finely chopping it. Its never fun to take a bite and get pricked by a piece of dried rosemary!
