Chicken Catch a Cola

Everything that came out of this sauce tasted delicious, I didn't cook the sauce down long enough so it was a bit thin. I will definitely be making this again.

Killer Artichokes

These were fantastic, i couldn't find a shallot so i just used a lot of garlic and they still turned out really great. We used all of the butter on the artichokes so for dipping I used mayonaise mixed with pesto.

Raspberry-Glazed Rosemary Chicken

It was really good. My boyfriend really liked it and he ussually hates it when i add any type of fruit to meat. I saw some other reviews comparing this to tasting like pine sol so when i made it i used a little less rosemary than called for.

Pineapple Chicken Delight

This turned out really well, all my roomates ate it right up. At first they were kind of put off by the ingredient list but after they tried it they really liked it. The only reason i don't give it a five is because no one said "Wow" and I'm stingy with 5's.

Chicken Stir-Fry

This was excellent. I did make a few changes, i subbed mushrooms for celery and for the sauce instead of chicken bouillon granules and water, i used one can of chicken broth mixed with 1/4 cup of soy sauce, garlic powder, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch. I whisked that together before adding it to the stir fry.

Definitely need to reduce the butter, and increase the mushroom size. I wonder if 12 large fresh mushrooms mean 12 large portabella mushrooms.

Lime Garlic Chicken

This was an excellent recipe. Only thing I did wrong was not make enough. I used olive oil instead of butter. (trying to cut back on fat). and not quite 2 heads of garlic more like 1.5.

This turned out really good. I used white wine instead of lemon juice and next time I think I'll use a bit more floor to get it to thicken just a bit more, and more artichokes.

Famous Butter Chicken

Great recipe everyone ate it right up. I did make a few of the changes other people mentioned. I used a little less butter, cooked for about 25 to 30 minutes instead of 40 and I mixed the cracker crumbs with italian seasoned bread crumbs for a little more zest.

Pineapple Chicken

I didn't follow this one to the t. Instead of onion soup i added herbed chicken rice of roni, and all the pineapple juice and some water which i shouldn't have cause with the juice it took longer to boil off.

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Awesome recipe, all of my roommates loved it, even the picky one! I doubled the recipe but still had to use a bit more oil to cover all of the fish, but I did pick really big fish fillets.
