Killer Artichokes
These were fantastic, i couldn't find a shallot so i just used a lot of garlic and they still turned out really great. We used all of the butter on the artichokes so for dipping I used mayonaise mixed with pesto.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
Definitely need to reduce the butter, and increase the mushroom size. I wonder if 12 large fresh mushrooms mean 12 large portabella mushrooms.

Pan-Poached Alaskan Salmon Piccata
Loved it. Used artichokes instead of capers, and added some white wine to the sauce and a little extra butter.
