Tilapia Scaloppine

This was a very good recipe! I doubled the recipe as we have a large family. The only thing I did differently is I didn't have mushrooms on hand so I chopped up zucchini and used them in place. They soaked up the wine sauce just as well and it turned out delicious. I served it over a egg noodles which was good for the sauce. I served it with a good crusty bread which was also delicious sopping up the sauce! Thank you for this recipe!

Chicken Marsala

This was superb! Absolutely fine dining quality! I doubled the recipe and it came out perfect. In fact I may actually triple the sauce next time to have more for the noodles and bread to soak up. I read the directions and watched the video. I followed the advise of the video and removed the chicken to saute the mushrooms first, then added the Marsala and sherry, etc. I served this over angel hair pasta with a side of ratatouille. We will definitely be making this again!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was amazing. My husband and kids loved it! I followed the recipe but added paprika. Perfectly ideal with veggies and rice. five stars!!!

Ham Tetrazzini

I needed to use ham leftovers and found this great recipe! It was very easy and fast to make! After reading some of the reviews I decided to use fresh minced garlic and black pepper while sauteing the onions. I also used 1/4 water and 1/4 white wine in place of the water. It tasted delicious and everyone loved it. I served it with a nice salad and white wine. This recipe would work with chicken or shrimp in place of the ham, with any complimenting vegetable. The recipe served 4 people. Next time I would double it! Thank you Susan!

Polish Sausage and Pierogy Haluski

I was looking for a good polish home cooked meal to serve to my husbands family and found this recipe. It is absolutely delicious!! I flowed directions but substituted an amber beer instead of the beef broth. I doubled the recipe to feed more and had to transfer all of it in a large stock pot to simmer at the end. I also made sure to use a quality polish kielbasa. Everyone raved and complimented the dish!! Great recipe!!!
