Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
The potatoes took longer the 35 minutes to cook and they lacked a little flavor. I will make them again, but use more honey and less butter.

Baked Apples

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
So Yummy.... This will make a great replacement for apple pie. However, a full apple was a little to much for me so I cut it in half and shared it with a friend.

Simple Tuna Melts

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
This was a good Tuna melt. I will have to add more flavor like Garlic or lemon pepper next time. Also, I would toast the English muffin before putting it in the oven.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2007
I liked this chicken recipe. But when I make it again I will add more stuff to the stuffing like roasted red peppers or spinach. Also, I will cook it on the stove top or grill instead of baking (Personal Preference).

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2007
I love this recipe. I used the scaler to reduce it to two servings but still ended up with a ton of food. I like the idea of splitting it into two pans and freezing one. I used ground Turkey instead of beef and used a lot more cheese then the recipe called for. I used Medium taco sauce and it was a bit to hot. Next time I will use Mild taco sauce. This will be great for big family gatherings or Football Saturdays/Sundays/ Mondays ;)

Mandarin Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2007
This was a great, easy orange chicken. Next time I will add the Oranges and Green onions just before serving so they don't get warm. I added minced garlic to the sauce for a bit more seasoning.

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
The taste was wonderful. I gave it a four because it is kind of a pain to roll the chicken. Next time I will just butterfly the chicken and put the Ham/Swiss in and then coat it with the Butter and Corn flakes. The sauce was great.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2007
This was great cornbread. I reduced the sugar and added a touch of Honey. I also reduced the baking powder to 2 tsp. Next time I will add a bit more oil like suggested by other so its not so crumble. I also used Medium grind cornmeal on accident so next time I will use fine ground or soak the medium ground to make it softer.
