Beth's Chess Pie
I was a little nervous when making this pie because I never seen or heard of it before, but the ingredients are what peaked my curiousity & of course my Grandmother's confirmation that it's old favorite. Well it was truly delicious. I made 2 for Thanksgiving. Instead of using all Vanilla Extract, I added 1/2 Tblspn. of Vanilla Extract & 1/2 Tblspn. Lemon Extract. Next time I won't preheat the oven too long, there was too much spilling over & I'll use a deep dish pie crust. This is a keeper.

Ground Turkey Casserole
This recipe was truly different for me. I'm not used to cooking with cream cheese. It was a nice twist to what I'm used to cooking. My son & I truly enjoyed this dish. My son usually doesn't eat leftovers if he doesn't like something. Well all I can say is the dish is clean. There aren't any leftovers. Need I say more.

Glazed Meatloaf I
This was the best meatloaf that I've had & actually made. The glaze is what made it a hit for me. I substituted the beef bouillon cubes with 1 package of meatloaf seasoning, and I added chopped green peppers.
