Traditional White Bread
This recipe came out great the first time I made it! (That almost never happens, I usually have to trial and error a few times and make adjustments before an online recipe turns out well.) So I would absolutely recommend it! Also, I didn't have lard so I just used butter.

Raspberry Lemon Muffins
I have made this recipe over and over again and absolutely love it! The only changes I make are to use one whole egg instead of 2 egg whites and to substitute lemon extract with more lemon juice. (The original recipe actually tastes the best, but I prefer not to waste the egg yolks.) I have also tried whole wheat flour and they are still good, but taste more like cobbler than muffins.

Healthier Alfredo Sauce
This did not make much sauce at all. I was trying to make an Alfredo sauce with pasta and I ended up more than doubling the heavy cream to cover my noodles. Also, if you follow the recipe exactly the consistency is that of queso, not a sauce. It seems like it would be well suited for serving with plain vegetables though.
