This is very good cinnamon swirl bread. Like other reviewers said, I found this to be somewhat cake-like, so, if you are wanting bread consistency, I don't know if this recipe is for you. I followed the recipe exactly, and some family members commented that the only thing that is odd about the bread is how the parts that don't have the cinnamon/sugar mixture aren't really sweet. I don't know if the batter needs more sugar next time, or maybe a combo of brown and white sugar...or, instead of only two layers of batter make it three so more cinnamon/sugar mixture is throughout the bread? I'm really not sure, but, when I make this again, I will definitely be doing one of those three modifications to make the batter sweeter. The cooking time of 45-50 was spot on.
