Easy Homestyle Green Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2006
Love these beans!!! I tripled the recipe and added mushrooms for Christmas and placed them in a crockpot. I used the chicken granules which makes it easier. To off set the salty taste I just added water until it tasted perfect! YUMMY!!!

Easy Roasted Pork

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
Awesome recipe! I too doubled the sauce and I definately tasted the apple in the meat; wasn't bland at all. I cut slits in the roast and shaked garlic powder in them before I poured the sauce on it. I used the oven bag and put the bag into my roasting pan and covered it with the lid. Wonderful flavor! My 4 year old daughter never eats meat because it's dry but she ate this!!! Thank you for sharing!!!

Fragrant Chicken Curry

Reviewed: May 5, 2006
Fantastic recipe! For me, this is a great base. My family and I enjoy REALLY SPICY and REALLY SPICY HOT food. I used skinless boneless chicken strips that I boiled, drained and cut into chunks. I too drained the tomatoes. I used a vidalia onion, regular coconut milk, and doubled the curry powder. I also added Hot Curry Paste to the level of spicy hot that we like. With about 10 minutes left, I cut a Red Bell Pepper into strips and threw it in; we like our peppers a little crunchy. If I had some sliced water chestnuts they would have gone in as well. Terrific!!! The leftovers are screaming my name as I type. Gotta go.... :)

Christmas Brunch Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2006
Fantastic!!!! We brought this to work for a group breakfast and wow!!! Rave reviews! We increased the eggs to 8 and decreased the onions to 1. Didn't have any parsley and used shredded hashbrowns. Also used 2 cups of cheese. Yummy!!!!

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2006
Wow! Awesome recipe! My 4 yr old daughter didn't even want me to let it cool down for her to eat it! I had hardly any drippings to bast with; not messy at all. I also sprayed the rack with Pam Cooking Spray and it was fine. I did not cover the chicken at all and it turned out great. On the border of getting smokey while cooking but not nearly as bad as I thought it would be by reading other reviews. Used a disposable roasting pan but like I said I had hardly any drippings. Fantastic flavor; I could have tried to eat the entire bird myself!!!!!

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2006
The BEST Pot Roast I have ever made! So easy and the greatest flavor! Honestly, recipes CAN be this easy and taste that good. DO NOT CHANGE A THING; it's not needed! The only thing was my roast was a little smaller but that's it. Loved the roast, loved the gravy! Awesome; thanks for sharing :)

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2006
If you have never been to Hawaii and had Kalua Pig you're in luck because you can now make it at home with this recipe! Do not alter the recipe; it is exactly how Kalua Pig is suppose to taste like! I found Hawaiian Sea Salt on EBay and it was shipped to me in 4 days! I just finished shredding the pork and had to write this because it is sooooo good! Just add 2 scoops rice, mac salad, and kim chee and you have one ono plate lunch!!! Mahalo Brah!

Absolutely loved it! I doubled the sauerkraut and beer(light beer). Otherwise there is a lot more meat than kraut. Easy and delicious! Did not add a thing! Try it first before you doctor it. Thank you for sharing!

Rosie's Bok Choy Salad

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
Took this to a family gathering and everyone wanted the recipe! I doubled it and it was gone! I couldn't find Bok Choy at our local grocery store so I used Napa Cabbage instead. Everything else I did by the book and it was perfect! Wouldn't change a thing; fantastic dressing!!!!

Stuffed Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2005
Fantastic recipe! My husband doesn't care for cabbage but loved this. I too added more tomato soup for extra sauce for the mashed potato. I also cut the rice down and used UNCOOKED rice; it bakes itself in the oven. Freezing the cabbage is the coolest tip I've found on this website. So easy to make. Too cool!!!! Thank you :)

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2005
This was great!!! Very moist and the sauce was great over rice. Didn't have an onion so I used onion powder and extra garlic. Served it with rice and green beans! So easy too! I think it makes a difference using cheese slices instead of shredded. Great, Great recipe! My family thanks you :)

Bacon Crackers

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2005
OMG!!!!! I would not change a thing! I used Townhouse Crackers since they are oval to match easier with the bacon. My 2 1/2 yr old was two fisting!!! So easy....just make sure you remove from sheet before they cool or the sugar will harden to the bottom and the cracker will stick. Extremely addicting :)

Meat Loaf Pie

Excellent recipe!!! Will make this on a regular basis. Didn't change much at all; the only thing I did was increase the cheese on top and left everything else the same. My entire family loved it! I'm now passing it around at work!
