Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Awesome with following changes SO EASY! Mixed all in Kitchenaid SO QUICK! I used 1 3/4 cup flour and 1 tsp baking soda. First batch only 1/2 cup butter NO SPREADING 2nd batch (used white chocolate chips and cranberries) used full cup of butter and the cookies spread so if you want cookies to spread use full cup butter if prefer thicker cookie use 1/2 cup. In both cases place dough in fridge for minimum 45 minutes for easier handling. I then just used my 2" cookie scoop! You have to try white chocolate and cranberry I dont even like cranberries and I couldn't stop eating these. NOTE*** Soak craisins in hot water for 10 minutes dry off with paper towel before adding to dough. Enjoy!

Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Everyone Loves this cookie. To make more decadent add 1 cup white chocolate chips fold into prepared batter. This white chocolate really makes a difference and brings these cookies to a level of pure indulgence! I also did with chocolate fudge cake mix and added 1 cup white chocolate and then placed a hersheys chocolate drop in center of each ball I call this a Triple chocolate cookie crinkle!

I served these as a side dish for steak they were eaten up! I used very large portabello mushrooms (prebaked at 350" for 10 min chopped the shrimp and placed in pan with garlic mixture I then placed 2 baby shrimp in mushroom and loaded with garlic/shrimp mixture Topped with Italian cheeseblend then melted butter and combined with Italian breadcrumbs to top caps and placed a single baby shrimp on top Quick, easy, and a huge hit!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Absolutely the BEST soup recipe. I also add a lot of cheese to the roux and shredded carrots or whatever left over veggies I have Do not be afraid to add seasonings or extra veggies other than that if you stick with the original recipe you can't go wrong! YUMMY!
