Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2006
These were great. I had to make something for a very last minute cookie exchange. I normally make cut-out sugar cookies for parties but I knew I wouldn't have time. These were so easy to make and tasted wonderful. Everyone at the party asked for the recipe. Thank you.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2006
These tasted good but they spread out really thin and stuck to the cookie sheet. I'm going to try it with the rest of the dough and grease the pan this time. I followed the recipe exactly.

Magic Cookie Bars I

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2006
I made these today for a camping trip we're taking this week. I used about 2 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs to make more of a sturdy crust. I also poured half the can of milk over the crumbs and the other half over the top once everything was in. They came out great. After cooling for an hour they cut easily and look really great. Thanks!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2006
I made these for breakfast today. The muffins came out looking beautiful and tasted great too. This recipe made nine big muffins. I cut the topping in half and still had some left over so I think that could be cut down. Great recipe! Thank you!

Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2006
These are so easy to make. They're exactly like the ones my mother used to make and since she has passed away, I was really missing them (and her). Thank you for bringing back good memories.

Fruity Cookie Press Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2005
This is the second year I've made these and I think they're so cute! I did have to change the temp and time though. Maybe it's just my oven but at 400 degrees for 12 minutes they would be beyond burnt. I dropped down to 350 for about 7-8 minutes and that worked for me. Thanks!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2005
Well, I'm definitely in the minority here. My husband really liked this recipe but I didn't care for it at all. I guess I just don't care for my meatloaf with sugar. Thanks though.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2005
This makes an excellent cookie. My mother used to make a cookie like this when I was a little girl. I can't remember if her's was as cake like but I think it was close. Either way, we really love these. I did a few things different. I replaced over half of the butter with applesauce and I used brown sugar as well as white and added in some walnuts for crunch. I think the applesauce, oatmeal, and bananas makes it a good cookie to give children. It's a little healthier than your normal chocolate chip cookie! Thanks Jenny!

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2004
My husband, children and I stayed in a nice hotel in N.H that served these cookies in the lobby. It was the time I'd ever had a cookie like this and I loved it. The first thing I did when we got back home was to look up a recipe for them on All Recipes. I actually have made these twice. The first time I made them I took the advice of taking them out while still doughy. Unfortunately they were too doughy and didn't transfer without breaking. I also only had whole fresh cranberries that I softened for a few minutes in the oven. Others liked them but I thought they were too tart and too big to be put in a cookie. I just made these again today to use up the left over cranberries. This time I cut the cranberries up, softened in the oven for a bit, added nuts to the cookie mix, and oh my...heaven! Only down side is we can't stop eating them and will surely gain 50 pounds!

I just made this today and it's very, very good! I had some wheat baguettes that I put this on and I can't believe how good it is! My kids haven't tried it yet but my husband loves it. Thanks!

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies I

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2004
I'm not sure what happened with these but they came out awful. No one liked the flavor and the cookies spread like crazy. I've made whoopie pies for years using my mothers' recipe but I couldn't find it so I thought I'd try this one. I think I'll keep searching for my other one. Thanks though!

Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2004
I've been making pumpkin seeds the last few years when we do our pumpkins for Halloween. This is the best recipe I have found so far. Usually I'm the only one that will eat the seeds but this year my four year old couldn't stop eating them. My husband didn't care for them but as he said, "it's not the recipe, I just don't like seeds." I halved the recipe for one cup of seeds and baked them for 45 minutes at 275 degrees. I turned them often and towards the end I sprayed them with fat-free Parkay spray butter and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on them. We use that on popcorn also and it worked great.

Aussie Chicken

My husband loves this (as do I)! I've made this several times but try to limit it as it cannot be very healthy! I've made this for dinner guests and everyone cleaned their plates and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. Thanks!

No Bake Cookies III

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2004
I love these! We had these a lot while growing up. I enjoy baking and this is a quick, easy treat for my sons. I kept everything the same except I added a tablespoon of chocolate silk (chocolate flavored peanut butter). These took only a few minutes and turned out great. I added the peanut butter to the other ingredients before boiling the mixture for two minutes. These are not dry or crumbly at all.
