Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

So delicious! I followed the recipe except used walnuts (I think pecans would have been great but I used what I had on hand). Also, I added to the honey/pecan mixture a dash of soy sauce and a tsp of orange marmalade. I will make these again for sure!

Garbanzo Bean Salad

If I could give it 10 stars I would! This was fantastic. I made it with walnuts, red grapes, and only about 2 tbsp mayo and added extra dijon mustard to my taste (just my preference, like things a little less sweet). The textures are outstanding. I will be making this salad often!

Onion Rice

Pretty good, made it in the rice cooker then sauteed it with the onion and some garlic. Added frozen peas like in the photo. I am not a huge "rice person", but my husband is and he loved it.

Candied Kielbasa

This was unbelievably good, I may never have kielbasa another way again! I used turkey kielbasa and cut the brown sugar in half, added a splash of worcestershire sauce, and added a little extra horseradish because I love it. It was sweet and not at all spicy. My one-year old loved it!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

This did not have enough flavor for me, but when I followed others' suggestions and added some breadcrumbs and a little shredded cheese on top for the last 5 min- voila!!
