Roasted Apples and Brussels Sprouts

Amazing. I made with fresh brussel sprouts. The secret to making them good is to cut out the choke. YUM!

Brownie Biscotti

This biscotti came out way too dry. I mean even for biscotti. It was like sand. Even dipped in warm milk or Chai tea, it was not good. I won't be making it again.

The sweet potatoes add great flavor to this already great recipe. It's a combination that is hard to beat. I would agree with the recommendation of doubling up on the wet to add to the chicken, sweet potatoes, red bells and black beans. We're not the biggest chicken fans, but this recipe totally convinced us that there are good solutions out there for pollo. YUM!!!

Meatiest Vegetarian Chili from your Slow Cooker

I made mine with both the firm cubed tofu and the Morningstar farms veggie crumbles. I think without the crumbles it would not have had enough texture. I also added 1 can of Rotel because we like things spicy. It tastes great on tortilla chips with sour cream and guacamole!
