President Ford's Braised Eye Round Steak

My 6 year old must have a lot in common with Pres. Ford because she aksed if I'd cook this every night. I added a bit of garlic powder and served the sauce over egg noodles. Thanks for the great recipe. Inexpensive & Yummy!

Pecan Bars II

These were a hit at the party I took them to, many requests for the recipe. I thought a jelly roll pan was a bit big too and it took a while to roll the dough out that thin but really was a nice crispy crust. Work quick with the sugar mixture, it sets up fast. Great receipe, thanks for sharing.

Laura's Unbelievable Chicken and Pasta

Sweet Baked Apples

I made this because of the short ingredient list and easy recipe. My 4 year old child asked if we could have it every night. I think the adults would want a little more kick but it is definately a kid-friendly recipe.
