Fruit Salad Dessert

Delicious! I served it on individual pavlovas, with a few extra raspberries strewn on top. (Downside is, you've got to put it together at the last minute.) Thanks, Muriel.

Outrageous Caesar Salad

Awesome, Jeff! Perfect proportions. This dressing will be my go-to recipe from now on. It's perfect, and I didn't even use anchovies .(I know they make it even better, but can't stand to touch the creepy little things.)

Glazed Ham

This is a terrific ham recipe. Everybody raved about it. I wonder about the added water though. I put in the 3 cups but part way through the water was almost half way up my roaster. I used a Cook's ham, and maybe it was one of those that they pump up with water (or worse), but I had to siphon a lot out.

Mango Salsa

Great looking, great tasting. I, too, thought it needed "something" so I added salt, plus a tablespoon of vodka, which helped. (Got the vodka idea from a chef in Bermuda, but he never told me exactly how much to add.)

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

This is just delicious! Great looking too, served in parfait glasses. I added cucumber, too, that I'd thinly sliced & salted the night before, to draw out the extra water. (Rinse and dry before using.)Also cooked the clamato briefly with a couple scant tsp. cornstarch so the juice wouldn't be quite so splashy. Fabulous.
