Pretty good-but I add 1/2 tbsp of caraway seeds, a peeled and diced apple, and a diced onion that was sauteed in the a little bit of the bacon grease. Then it was awesome!!!

Feta Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Breasts

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2008
This was amazing. I did pound the chicken first to flatten it more. I let the chicken marinate in the lemon/oil mix while i prepared everything. I used crumbled tomato basil feta. I cooked 5 slices of bacon and crumbled it. I mixed the crumbled bacon with the feta and about 1/2 cup of parmesan. Placed the mixture in the chicken, rolled it up and the took a slice of raw bacon and wrapped it around the chicken. Then I rolled in italian style bread crumbs. Placed it in the dish and pour the remaining lemon juice/oil mix over the top.Absolutely no leftovers!!!!!!!!!!!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2008
This was the first sirloin roast that I've made. It turned out pretty good. Make sure that you use a meat thermometer,to ensure no overcooking. I only used 1/2 tbsp of salt.I also made about 6-7 slits in the meat and stuffed it minced garlic. We love garlic. I also poured some white cooking wine in the pan. Thanks for the good recipe!!!

Tuna Noodle Casserole from Scratch

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2008
5 stars with these adjustments: Spray baking dish with cooking spray instead of butter. Double recipe for 9 x 13 pan. Added 1tsp each:thyme nutmeg and crushed red pepper. Doubled garlic. Minced mushrooms (So the kids wouldn't know!!) Put a splash of white wine in with the veggies as the sauteed. Omitted peas (don't like them). Added 1/4 cup of parmesan ,1/4 package of cream cheese and half the cheddar cheese to the sauce.Added 1/2cup of quartered cherry tomatoes. Topped with remaining cheese then topped with corn flakes instead of bread crumb mixture. IT WAS TO DIE FOR!!!!!We loved it from ages3 to 31!
