About this Cook
I am blissfully married and loving life. I love Jesus and I am so grateful to Him for saving me. My life has not been perfect, but God has always been faithful to me.He gave me the gifts of speaking dancing, and cooking-all of which I use to bless Him and others.
My favorite things to cook
Mostly whatever I throw together that day.Although I really love to cook out of my Greek heritage.I also love to cook Thanksgiving dinner. There is no better meal.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Preparing the turkey with my Grampa and Cooking mashed potatoes with my sister @ Christmas and Thanksgiving
My cooking triumphs
Cooking my first turkey by myself the year my Grampa passed away.I really wanted to get it right and make him proud.Which with Gods help I did.It was probably the best turkey I ever cooked.
My cooking tragedies
Trying to make cornbread with soymilk. Does'nt work.I find that good cornbread is one thing that consistantly eludes me.

Turkey Polish Sausage and Peppers
This recipe was AWESOME!! It was easy and cheap, plus my husband loved it. I only used 1 large pepper per color and still had enough taste. And I only used one large Zuc.I think two red and yellow would have been overkill. I did't cook the veggies for the full ten minutes b/c I like my veggies a little crisp, but thats just preference. On the whole this is one of my favorite recipes. Its easy and healthy, what more could you want? I will definitly be cooking this again. Thanx!
