Best Carrot Cake Ever

I'm not sure what the people who said it was too moist did wrong. This cake is abfab. Just the right texture and sweetness, tasted nothing like the Wawa kind. I followed the recipe to a tee, got nothing but raves, and will surely make this again in the future.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham

I am a vegetarian, but I made this ham for my family on Thanksgiving. I scored and marinated it in the mixture overnight, and cooked it in the morning. Everyone said it was delicious! There was more than enough liquid to cover the ham, and next time I will add the pineapple and cherries before placing it in the oven bag.

Whole Wheat Beer Bread

I have made this several times now, and it has been great every time. A very versatile bread that works well for all sorts of occasions.
