I made this Gluten Free with a few small tweaks and it has become a regular on our table. First we use ground turkey meat 93/7 (this is only because I prefer turkey over beef), and made it per the recipe except we substituted potato flakes for the crushed saltine crackers, and in lieu of the onion I used a package of onion soup mix. I also added a tbsp of Worcestershire sauce to the ketchup/brown sugar sauce and put it on top of the meatloaf. My kids also love making mini meatloaves with this recipe, just divide into 6 equal mini meatloaves, pop them on a cookie sheet and cook at the same temp for 45 min.
