Slicing a glazed yeast donut like a bagel, and using it as a bun for my bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich.
My cooking tragedies
As a first grader, I needed rolling flour for some cut out cookies. I couldn't find ANY, even with the tallest chair, so I used what looked like the next best thing: baking powder! I mean, I'm baking; I need some sort of powder to roll this dough out with...maybe that's what baking powder is for! WRONG. The cookies looked great, but were sooooo yucky. Next time, I waited for Mom to help get me some flour.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
I used 1.5 lbs boneless pork loin and a Spanish Cabernet. Pretty decent; one of the best slow cooker meals I have made. It was pretty salty; maybe next time I will try low sodium soy sauce. I served it with steamed fresh green beans, and buttered rolls. Soaking up the au jus with the bread was delicious, too.
