Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
I can't say I was a huge fan of these cookies...they did not hold together well and came out very flat. This may have been my fault though because I used applesauce to replace the eggs. I do this frequently with cookies and it usually makes them even better but these just didn't work. However, I must say that they did taste good...and the dough was absolute perfection :)

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
This frosting tastes great but it is a little too runny to actually do more than just "slather" it on the cake. It's delicious but not great if you are trying to make something look pretty! I would recommend maybe adding powdered sugar to thicken it? Or possibly using less whipping cream? Or maybe putting it in the refrigerator for a while first?

Rich and Easy No Cook Peanut Butter Pie
This pie is absolutely incredible! It is kind of like eating a rich, Reese's Peanut Butter Cup but a million times better! The reviews saying it is "too rich" are ridiculous. Yes, this pie is VERY rich but that is how peanut butter pie is supposed to be. I made a homemade chocolate graham cracker crust and I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend that you do the same and double the recipe to make the crust extra thick. Regular store bought ones are too thin and do not provide enough of a balance of peanut butter and chocolate.
