Self-Filled Cupcakes I

I followed others advice to put in 1/4 cup of chocolate before the cream filling. I feel I didn't put enough cream filling in each cupcake for fear it would seep out the sides. There was only a hint of the cream filling but everyone still loved them

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

I followed the recipe except added finely grated cheddar cheese to the mixture. I placed the patted down circle of bread in a pam sprayed cake pan. It made a circular loaf with a little peak of goldend brown goodness. I served it for a dinner party and we couldn't get enough. I baked it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Antoinette's Strawberry Freeze

This was delicious when I made it. I put it in 12 individual small bowels and froze it over night as recommended. I got it out 1/2 hour before serving and it was like licking a popsickle. I suggest taking it out of the freezer 1 hour before. It was so good softened and a huge disappointment frozen. Either serve it immediately or make sure you take it out in plenty of time to thaw.

Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

I made these for a dinner party and everyone raved. I used large shrimp and cut them in thirds then added one whole to the rim of the serving dish. I served them in small side dishes.

Chow Mein Noodle Cookie

I'm not sure what I did, I followed the directions but it came out too dry. It didn't hold together too well. It was ok but awfully sweet. I probably won't make it again

Rocky Road Candy

This was so easy and absolutely deliscious. I made two batches, one for me and one to give away. It was a huge hit and so easy to make. I didn't change a thing. I noticed that I liked it better when it's been refrigerated, but not necessary.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

I made this dessert for a birthday party and it went over great. What a pleasant surprise. It took no time to make and everyone loved it. I made it the day before so the graham crackers got soft. I used chocolate grahams crackers instead of the regular.
