Shortbread Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2014
I just made this crust for mini tartlets and the cake and it was the best shortbread crust ever. It is a keeper. Was very simple and quick to make.I love the amount of crust it will make. I made a variety of desserts with it...ex: mini tartlets w/ creamcheese, creamcheese cake and shortbread cookies w/ jam. This is my go to recipe for cookies...No more store bought for us. Thank you for sharing.

I have made this and I used 1/2 c of milk (skim) to thin it out and it was very good.I also cooked it w/o the chips on top first. Added chips when it was done and family loved it. It is a keeper.

Puppy Chow

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2012
I love puppy chow as do my grand children so I needed to make a larger batch, which I did. I took a 14 oz box of chex cereal, I melted 1 cup of peanut butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips in microwave at 30 sec intervals stirring each time poured on to chex mixed it all together and used about 11/2 cups of confectioner sugar. Turned out great was gone in the same day. Thank you for the recipe :)

Rosettes I

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2009
I made these for our Church bake sale and they were gone in a flash. I used to make these for Christmas cookie plates for the family a few years ago and they were sad when I said I didn't have the time to do it anymore. I will be making these again this year and maybe next year. I did make these with almond extract instead and they were delish.

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2009
Very easy and quick to make on the sauce. It was delish and gone in a flash. The chicken I replaced with breaded chicken strips and cooked them myself and we just dunk them in the sauce. I also added the 2 heap tbspns ketchup instead of the food coloring and it did the the job. This is a keeper. Will make this recipe again.
