Ray's Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2012
Awesome! Got rave reviews from my 4th of July party. I made way too much so I used leftovers with Chicken and Biscuit Casserole. Yummy. My fam really liked the chicken cold too.

Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

Excellent! Made with leftover Ray's Chicken. Yummy yum yum. I added mushrooms to the sauce cause my fam really likes 'em and chives to the biscuit as well.

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2011
Excellent, although VERY strong, almost overwhelming on the Guinness flavor, almost couldn't taste the meat last year. This year I added the 12 fl. oz. of chicken broth as well which mellowed the Guinness flavor and brought the good taste of the meat through as well. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Best Black Beans

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
Excellent beans even though I think 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper was way too much!!! Even better the next day. Next time I have it I'm making it a day ahead to bring out the excellent flavors. Thanks for the recipe Cameron!!!!!

Buckeye Cookies III

These are WONDERFUL! More of a candy than a cookie though. I'm going to make these mini marshmallow sized at Christmas for my boys and call them "Reindeer Droppings!"

Rogan Josh, Lamb Shanks

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2007
This is an awsome recipe. My 9 year old even loved it. Tasted a lot like beef stew. No "gamey" lamb flavor to it. I used fresh red new potatoes and baby carrots. I also substituted the whole cardamom with 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom since I had none whole. Excellent use of lamb shanks if you don't know what to do with them!!! Thanks!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2005
For a yummy change try Kaulha instead of vanilla extract and chopped hazelnuts (easily found at Trader Joes) instead of walnuts! We always add 2 cups of chocolate chips too! Next time I make it I'm going to try adding a cup of peanut butter, then it will be all of my families favorite cookies in one!

Toffee Chunk Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2004
This is the absolute best cheesecake I've ever had! Very rich. VERY YUMMY. It did take longer to bake than the recipe calls for, I think I baked it for about 1 1/2 hours after I turned down the oven to 225 degrees.
