Guinness(R) Corned Beef
Excellent, although VERY strong, almost overwhelming on the Guinness flavor, almost couldn't taste the meat last year. This year I added the 12 fl. oz. of chicken broth as well which mellowed the Guinness flavor and brought the good taste of the meat through as well. Thanks for the recipe!!!

Best Black Beans
Excellent beans even though I think 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper was way too much!!! Even better the next day. Next time I have it I'm making it a day ahead to bring out the excellent flavors. Thanks for the recipe Cameron!!!!!

Irish Lamb Stew
