Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
Made this last night hoping my family would like it, and they LOVED IT! My 1 1/2 year old was actually pulling the entire pork chop off of the plate, because we couldn't cut it fast enough for him. Will be a "family favorite". T Thanks for helping a picky eating family

Great Holiday cookie. Made them for Thanksgiving & my Mother-in-law asked me for the recipe. She said these are now becoming her favorite cookie over chocolate chip. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe!

Blueberry Crumb Bars

These were given rave reviews when I made them. They're not too sweet, and were the only desert gone by the end of the party. I will make again. Thank you.

Chocolate Sandwich Cookies II

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2009
These went over great at my nephew's h.s. graduation party. It was like a shark week feeding frenzy when I put them out. I found it easier to roll by hand (small/medium meatball size) and then press them slightly flat on the cookie sheet. This is also great to make ice cream sandwiches with. Thank you so much for the recipe! C:

Pumpkin Muffins II

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
These were wonderful!! I didn't have any clove, or all spice. I just used cinnamon, and nutmeg and they were wonderful. I might just use the cinnamon alone that's how great this was. I also used canned pumpkin. * This recipe made more than 12 muffins for me. A KEEPER! 4yr old loved it.

This comes out great. My husband says it's never enough potatoes though. Even better the next day. I make this recipe at least once a month, because it's a hit.

Sauteed Portobellos and Spinach

Very good! It was missing a little something. I added some garlic powder as I went along. Have to figure out what spice to add to give it a little more flavor. But was a big hit.

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2014
Great recipe. My first time making chili. Was never a chili fan until this recipe. I used a can of crushed tomatoes and added the dry ingredients in the blender with it to make sure it was mixed well. I sauté the onions and peppers first before adding in the pot. I will note that it had way to much kick for my kids(only reason for 4 stars), so I will tone that down a little. But my stepson LOVED it. He actually added Tabasco sauce to some that was left over, & said this is it!!! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will make this again.

I always add an extra cube. This is how my mother and grandmother taught me to make it, only they would add a shot of ketsup, for color reasons.

it was o.k. but it was missing something. The sauce had a weird taste to it. Maybe if I add some sugar. I'll have to play with the recipe. Thank you though for submitting it. =)
