I used this mainade, and my friend and her boyfriend asked me what brand it was. I gave them a copy and told them about this web site and now they use both all the time. LOVE THIS STUFF!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Very good. Made to much though. My husband thought it was too spicy. I thought it was good. He's got boring taste buds.

Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: May 8, 2005
Very good. A little spicey though. I will cut down on the celery seed(maybe it's a typo) next time. But was a great change, tangy, and the different ingredients work together wonderfully. Hopefully it will go over well at my sons birthday party.

Better Than Sex Cake II

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2005
I made this cake the night before, and brought it to work. A great hit. I wouldn't call it better than sex, but some people did. I guess I'm lucky,ha ha! But a big pleaser. I would cut down on the condensed milk. A little to much. But I will make it again.

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
Made this last night hoping my family would like it, and they LOVED IT! My 1 1/2 year old was actually pulling the entire pork chop off of the plate, because we couldn't cut it fast enough for him. Will be a "family favorite". T Thanks for helping a picky eating family

Dessert Crepes

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2006
My step-son has been bugging me for "skinny pancakes" that my mother-in-law would make for him. I found out from her it was just a crepe recipe that she would throw together. I tried this one and everyone seemed to like it. My husband added more vanilla. Thanx

Batter seemed really guey to be able to make cookies with. But they came out good. I will next time though cut down on the oats and increase the flour and the raisins. I did boil the raisins first. Will see how the family likes them.

Very good! It was missing a little something. I added some garlic powder as I went along. Have to figure out what spice to add to give it a little more flavor. But was a big hit.

Lightning Gravy

I always add an extra cube. This is how my mother and grandmother taught me to make it, only they would add a shot of ketsup, for color reasons.

This comes out great. My husband says it's never enough potatoes though. Even better the next day. I make this recipe at least once a month, because it's a hit.

Very good, and very easy to make. I added some wine to it while it was cooking, but it was still missing that little something extra. I will play around with the recipe to see, maybe add more of something.
