Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
Really tasty and addicting! I served this with ginger crisps and it was DELICIOUS! I also liked it with graham crackers, but the ginger crisps made it all that much better. I took this to a staff get together and everyone wanted the recipe. It was so easy, I just rattled it off! You really need to try this! Oh, and another bonus is that you can use sugar free pudding and fat free whipped topping to reduce the calories and the pumpkin is packed with nutrition and fiber... so it is *almost* health food! Hahaha!

Overnight Eggnog French Toast

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2012
I made this for a staff brunch potluck and it was a hit! I cooked it for about 40 minutes under foil and then about 7 minutes without the foil and without increasing the heat (I didn't read the directions closely enough!) which wasn't enough. I bumped up the heat and cooked it for another 7 minutes or so and called it good. It was delicious the morning it was baked and I would definitely make it again... and again... and again. However, we did not feel it was as tasty as leftovers. YUMMY when fresh, though! Thanks for a keeper!

Dad's Leftover Turkey Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2012
This was delicious! It was the first pot pie I have ever made and it is certainly going in the rotation. I followed the recipe, only I just dumped the spices (didn't measure) and used a "cheater" pie crust (red box in the freezer section of my grocery store):) A thousand times YUM!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
This was so, so easy and delicious! I bought the HUGE bag of fresh spinach at our local warehouse store and searched for recipes to use it up. It was absolute fantastic as is, but I think next time I might try making it in muffin cups and freeze the "quiche muffins" for a quick and healthy breakfast. I did use Muenster cheese, but could only find sliced, so I just chopped it up. Honestly, I think any cheese would work just fine. Will definitely make again and again!

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
Unbelievably quick and easy with tasty results! I made it exactly as written and I am embarrassed to admit that my teenage son and I ate the whole thing in one night (and that was before I read that it doesn't make good leftovers)! We loved it as is, but might try layering with tortillas next time. Thanks, Suezqz!

Missy's Lazy Day Pasta

Reviewed: May 20, 2010
General lack of flavor. Seemed to need more spices or something. Without the chicken we added, it would have have lacked any substance. Don't think we will make this again.

Pineapple-Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2008
My fiance could not stop talking about these pork chops. They came out deliciously tender and flavorful! Not your ordinary pork chops, for sure! They were super easy to prepare and I will definitely make them again, but might try a prepared honey mustard dressing or something to make it even easier. Thanks for the recipe!

Parmesan Chicken I

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2003
The chicken was wonderful, but the rice.... well, it looked like oatmeal and tasted icky! My kids wouldn't touch it. I may try it again following other reviewers suggestions.
