Didn't care for it at all. I ended up adding an extra 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and it didn't do anything but leave a powdery taste on the blueberries. Not to mention after 45 minutes of baking the crust came out slightly uncooked and the blackberries had liquified. My first slice was a few hours after it had cooked and it still tasted good (Would've actually rated this a 3 had I not been too lazy to post here until morning ) even though it was really runny but after letting it sit overnight the bottom crust became unbelievably mushy and I started to taste the cornstarch.

Chocolate Sauce

Perfect! I substituted 1 cup milk for the water and added a splash of orange extract in the end. The amount of sugar in it scares me but I'm guessing any less and it would be too bitter.

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

Was gonna give this a 4 and comment on how it needed more chicken flavor, and then I just realized I forgot the chicken base :P That aside, it was amazing. I really appreciated the mix of colors and textures.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

I added an extra cup of each strawberries and rhubarb, as well as a bit of cinammon and freshly ground nutmeg and an extra tablespoon of flour. Still needed more fruit or a smaller pan, would be nice with a little less sugar.

Greek Style Potatoes

Great flavor. I added an extra potato and some lemon zest for more lemon flavor. I will however add less water next time cause even with the extra potato there was still some liquid left after 1:30 and the potatoes were a little softer than I would have liked.

Fajita Marinade I

Pretty good. I decreased the lime juice and added lime zest because I was marinating chicken for around 20 hours and I didn't want it to be "cooked" by the acid. I also threw in some cilantro and used paprika instead of cayenne pepper cause I ran out. What is this liquid smoke flavouring stuff? o.0

Key Lime Pie I

Not enough lime flavor, and too much condensed milk flavor even when I added less. However it would make a pretty good pie with a few slight modifications.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

This tastes awesome! Definitely make your own cake and add the coffee flavouring to it though, cake mixes are full of manufactured .

Perogies

They taste pretty good, not much different flavor from the store ones except with these you can change up the filling and you actually know what goes in them. Rolling individual balls through a pasta machine helps get the dough really thin. For some reason when I try and run the whole sheet through it just ends up breaking though.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

The title does not lie, these are the best! But I found while eating the cookie dough that the vanilla flavor was a little strong leaving a slight bitter taste.

Sauce Rosee

It was my first time trying rosee sauce and the recipe turned out pretty good. I added the wine and reduced it before adding the tomato sauce, I also added a bayleaf in and let the sauce simmer for a bit. I rated this a 4 cause I couldn't get it to thicken enough.

Cali's Sinful Creme Brulee

I skipped the chocolate part cause I wanted to taste a normal creme brulee seeing as I've never had creme brulee before. It tasted really good but the instructions were rather confusing. I recommend adding exact temperatures for parts like when heating up the cream/sugar but since there were none I just used the same temperature I use for making other custards. I would've given this a 4 for not good instructions but it brought back some cool memories of me as a kid...

French Pastry Pie Crust

Turned out way too dry, was an absolute terror to roll out, didn't look nice. But it tasted good :P EDIT: Tasted the crust cooked now, WAY TOO SALTY, I need a drink of water just by eating a little bit. Broke really bad when cut too.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

I used panko breadcrumbs the second time I made it and it turned this recipe from average to amazing. I added a little pepper, thyme and oregano and skipped the basil.
