About this Cook
I find food amazing and full of endless possibilities. And I'm kinda obsessed with it. Thankfully my metabolism is fast enough to keep me thin even after all the desserts I eat.
My favorite things to cook
Creme Brulee, Ice Cream, anything involving a vanilla pod or cream really.
My cooking triumphs
Cooked for a small wedding rehearsal of 12 or so people
My cooking tragedies
Was making a batch of ice cream and the pot handle spun off and the whole ice cream base spilled all over the floor.

Blackberry and Blueberry Pie
Didn't care for it at all. I ended up adding an extra 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and it didn't do anything but leave a powdery taste on the blueberries. Not to mention after 45 minutes of baking the crust came out slightly uncooked and the blackberries had liquified. My first slice was a few hours after it had cooked and it still tasted good (Would've actually rated this a 3 had I not been too lazy to post here until morning ) even though it was really runny but after letting it sit overnight the bottom crust became unbelievably mushy and I started to taste the cornstarch.

Chocolate Sauce
Perfect! I substituted 1 cup milk for the water and added a splash of orange extract in the end. The amount of sugar in it scares me but I'm guessing any less and it would be too bitter.

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup
Was gonna give this a 4 and comment on how it needed more chicken flavor, and then I just realized I forgot the chicken base :P That aside, it was amazing. I really appreciated the mix of colors and textures.
