A native to Texas, I just spent the past 9 years living in Bavaria, Germany, between Munich and Salzburg, Austria, and have relocated in the Pacific Northwest, USA. From Southern cooking, to European, to Costal, I have had a pretty amazing cooking experience and look forward to this next new chapter in cooking and entertaining. I have learned to cook under the pressure of limited resources as well as an infinite amount of wonderful international ingredients such as cheese, breads, and wines. I Love to travel, cook, photgraph, draw and paint, decorate, research other cultures/cooking/lands. I Love biking and hiking, fishing (my favorite) and shopping. I enjoy classical and acoustic music, jazz, R&B, country, Bluegrass, period music, acapella voice and folk music. I love being a mom and a pet owner, and look forward to experiencing the next chapter in our lives in the Pacific Northwest.

My favorite family cooking traditions
My daughter loves my Asian stir-fry best and we enjoy different styles at least twice a week. Turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas, lamb for Easter, homemade ice cream and sorbets in the summer. Picnics include homemade fried chicken and I make the salads. BBQ a regular tradition on the weekends.
