Oven Roasted Teriyaki Chicken
I made this last Tuesday (10/14/14) and it was amazing! Had enough sauce left over to make another batch of ckicken for dinner tonight! ??. I will use this teriyaki recipie from now on and not even bother with the bottled stuff! I did make a few changes, as i did not have corn starch on hand but used quick cooking tapioca instead, and only had white vinager, but was delicious!

Poblano Chicken Enchilada Casserole
Made this the other night, it was ok, my husband liked it but I agree with alot of the other reviews the cream sauce was a little bland, had to pour some cholula on it for some flavor. I will probably make it again but alter the cream sauce, and maybe use some green verde sauce.

Chili Dog Casserole I
I made this recipe the other night and did change a few things as some of the reviews suggested and it was delicious! I put the buns upside down so the crust was up, and added a layer of cheese over the dogs, then put the chili on. I used Wolf Brand Chili, as it is not as watery and did not add the mustard. Will definitely be making this again. My husband loved it!!! Thanks for the recipe!
