The Best Chicken Fried Steak

WOW!!! Delish recipe!!! I used Gluten Free all purpose flour and deer loin. I forgot to add the garlic but true to my midwest/German style I was raised eating, it was perfect!!! Better then any restaurant chicken fried steak I've ever had. Thank you for sharing.

Saucy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Husband says this is the best thing I've ever made! Must say I did do some modifying. Used smoke Gouda cheese, which was amazing. Just be sure your ham is not smoked. I think that may be too much smoke. I also used cream of chicken soup and milk and no mushrooms, as this is what I had on hand. Also, I did bake this for 30 mins. covered and 15 mins. uncovered.

Cheddar Cabbage Casserole

This is not a new favorite at our house. And cabbage is my favorite vegetable. I cooked this longer than the 45 mins. and the cabbage was still too crisp. I think I would prefer a more tender version. Not sure if it was supposed to be crunchy or not??? But the flavor was good. I may try it again sometime and cook it longer.

Chicken Papadoris

This was so easy and delish. I loved it. Was very rich, thought I wanted a second helping, but this was so filling couldn't do it. I also didn't have the pine nuts on hand. Don't worry, wasn't missing it. I also didn't see the need to thicken this, and I added about a pinch of red pepper flakes. Will definately make this again.
