Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

I made these for my boss who LOVES peanut butter cookies, these are THAT good. Moist and excellent peanut butter flavor. I followed this receipe to a "T" and they came out delictable!

Mushroom Beef Patties

I made two batches of these for a football party and they were a big hit. I got three kinds of tortillas (sundried tomato basil, jalepeno cheddar and regular flour) and they were as pretty as they were tasty!

Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake

This recipe is absolutely delicious! The only thing I added (after reviewing several other ratings) was a package of vanilla instant pudding. I will definitely make this moist cake agai.! Thank you!

Green Pea Casserole

This pea casserole is soo easy and Sooo delicious! I wowed my boyfriend's family with it and it was my first time to make it. So delicious I'm making it again for the second time this weekend. Wouldn't change a thing!

Lemonade Pie III

My grandmother used to make this delicous pie, but she substituted limeade for the lemonade. I also used the Lite Cool Whip instead. It's perfect for a cool, summer dessert! AND it's the easiest thing in the world to make!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I made this chili/soup on a Sunday in my crock pot and it's the most delicious recipe I've made in a long time! I highly suggest topping it with the shredded Cheddar and a dollop of sour cream. I would also lessen the amount of beer. I used a can of Miller Lite and although the beer taste is fine, it's pretty potent. Maybe try using half - 3/4 a can. Great recipe!!
