Fabulous with some minor changes. Cut the flour back to 3 cups, salt to 1/4 tsp, marg to butter and bake at 300 degrees for 8 minutes. I roll my dough out into 2 plate size discs between parchment paper and then refridgerate for 1 hour. This makes it so easy to roll out and cut into shapes. Let it rest on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before putting it on the wire rack. If making large quantities refridgerate cut outs and keep the pan cold between batches, this helps retain its shape. Thanks for a great dough recipe.
