This is such an easy, fantastic recipe. I have made it exactly according to the recipe and have also made it adding corn. Both ways are delicious. It also freezes well. This is my most used soup recipe.

Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

A wonderful cake, and so easy to make. I agree, it needs less sugar - definitely doesn't need the powedered sugar on top. A great way to use fresh blueberries. I am already sharing this recipe....

Strawberry Bread

Yum !!! Easy to make a delicious. Not too sweet and I was happy to find something I could use fresh strawberries in and then freeze. I followed another review suggestion for using an egg slicer for slicing the berries. Why didn't I think of that before !

Best Brownies

Easy, quick and yummy. For those who rated this recipe poorly, they must have overbaked because they come you just fine. I didn't make the frosting, I melted some chocolate mint chips on the top and spread them after they melted.
