Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2015
I made this recipe for my sister who loves chili. She has asked me to make it numerous times. Now she wants me to make it for her co-workers at the hospital she works at. Very good chili. Great flavor.

This pie is amazing!! I made it just as the recipe directed and it came out great. It is perfect no changes needed at all. My family loved it and I plan on making it again very soon.

Simple Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2014
I made this tonight for my boyfriend and my sister. We all really enjoyed it. The sweetness with the honey worked for me and the spicy flavor worked for my boyfriend. Only thing I did differently was I used a spinach wrap versus a flour tortilla wrap, I doubled the honey and cucumbers, and I added shredded cheddar cheese and onions as toppings. I wasn't fond of the mayo part, so next time I think I will try the plain yogurt or sour cream that someone else suggested. But overall a very enjoyable dish.

Tilapia Scampi

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2014
As a fan of anything "scampi" I tried this recipe and I liked it. I reduced the butter down to 1/2 cup and upped the lemon juice to 1/4 cup. I also used the jar minced garlic I didn't measure how much I put in but since I love garlic I put in quite a bit of it. Pour the mixture over the tilapia and baked it for 35 mins 375 degrees. I didn't bother to turn them. Sprinkled the dried parsley on at the end.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs from Heinz

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
I am used to making meatballs with grape jelly and decided to try this recipe for a change. It was okay. I found the cranberry to give it a tangy taste which took a little getting used to for me. Think I'll stick to the grape jelly version for now.

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2014
Wonderful recipe. I used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. And a little bit of chopped garlic to it. I plan to make this recipe at least once a week for a while. I can't get enough of it.
