Janet's Rich Banana Bread

To make more the 'healthy' side.. I made two the first I substituted sugar for one cup splenda and almond mean for the flour. Turned out well but a 'little' mushy on the bottom. Second I used the 1 cup of splenda and mixed 1 cup flour and 1/2 cup almond meal. I may try the greek yogurt as a substitute as well on my next try. Great recipe. Thank you.
