Almond Crescents III

I'm not sure what I did wrong but my cookies were awful. They tasted liked shortening and nothing else. :(

Cream Cheese Christmas Cookies

These cookies were great! Everyone loved them and they weren't difficult to make. The only problem I had was that my pecans kept falling off. I also made a batch with almonds instead of pecans and these were also wonderful.

THIS WAS A GREAT HIT AT THANKSGIVING BUT YOU DO NEED TO BAKE IT A LONGER THAN THE RECIPE SUGGESTS.

Key Lime and Pretzel Pie

I love this pie. Easy to make and tastes great. The only problem I ever have is that the crust doesn't quite stick together but I'll try extra butter and see if that works. I also sprinkle the extra crust filling on top of the pie and the family loves it.
