Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti

I made this recipe about 3 times and they spread out too much while baking. I think next time I will only use 1/2 cup of butter or else add another 1/2 cup of flour...otherwise the smell and taste are good also used almonds instead of hazelnuts.

Artichoke Pie

I make this recipe with 4 eggs and mix the shredded mozzarelle in with the artichokes, eggs and parmesan and then sprinkle a little breadcrumbs with pats of butter on top and it is delicious...

Irresistible Irish Soda Bread

This bread was okay but didnt taste like soda bread to us...maybe it was too much milk...but the texture was very smooth and not like soda bread.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

This recipe was fantastic!!! It was a golden color and came out nice and high in a 9 inch square pan...I used butter instead of oil.

Saltine Toffee Cookies

I use club crackers for this recipe and put the nuts in the butter and sugar after boiling the two. Then pour on the club crackers and bake....then i drizzle on melted chocolate after they cool. they are delicious.

Easy Apple Crisp

I made this last night and thought it was just okay....i used rome apples and they got to soft....some thought it was good but I could still taste the cake mix taste...oh well, and make it in a smaller pan that 9 x13, too thin.

Italian Rice Balls

I made these rice balls but had a hard time to keep them from splitting although they were good. I put them in refrig for about a 1/2 hour thinking that might help them from falling apart when they hit the oil. Oh well, try, try again.

Ricotta Cheese Cake

This was delicious, the ricotta suppose to end up on the bottom. Used 4 eggs. and put pudding on top and then cool whip in a 9 x 13 pan.

Zucchini Patties

Pumpkin Spice Bread

This recipe was very good, made 6 mini loaves, although next time I may cut down on the sugar. Also did not use cloves .....I made this again and cut the sugar to 2 1/2 cups as some friend thought it was too sweet. I think it is a great pumpkin bread and so did the other people I gave it to...

Ricotta Cookies III

These cookies were okay but came out more like ricotta cakes than cookies. They dont have much taste, maybe because I used vanilla in the batter....dont think i will make these again....

Pistachio Cake IV

I made this last night because i remember this from years ago....I used a fancy bundt pan and it came out delicios and high....I detected the yellow cake mix taste but with the choc. syrup it kind of covered it up....i would make it again.....

Chinese New Year Chocolate Candy

I made this with 1 can of chin. noodles, 1 cup of nuts, and 2 cups of chips, melted....put nuts and noodles in large bowl, melted choc. and stirred altogether thorougly....then dropped on wax paper with a teaspoon (heapint) they were very good and we could not stop eating them....def. i would make again.

Graham Cracker Crust

I used the graham cracker crumbs by honey maid that are already made...it was very gummy, sweet and very hard to cut because it came out hard...would not make again. I used 1 1/4 cups of the crumbs.

Waffles I

I made these waffles in my belgian Krups waffle maker and they were very good. I used crisco oil and maybe next time will use butter(melted). I might try them in a regular waffler maker instead of the belgian one...but I would highly recommend them.

Amaretto Cake

Shrimp Dip IV

i Have used this recipe for years and still do. Everyone should give it a try as it is usually liked by all. Put it in a mold , even a fish looking mold and it looks great...enjoy
