Very good, Better than that famous restaurant. I tried to halve the recipe and it didn't work, had to add more milk. Thought i had ruined it but they turned out great!!

Wonderful! I crave these so much I don't mind taking all afternoon to assemble them. Make a double recipe, they freeze good. Try roasted garlic teriyaki sauce for dip. Yummmmmy!!

The Best Slow Cooker Cream Corn

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2006
no, no, no, this is not creamed corn, or anything like the creamed corn I am used to. Very cheesy not to my liking or my family either.

Thai Noodles with Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2007
tasty but the directions aren't clear enough. "mix marinade ingredients" - well what are the marinade ingredients? Had to read through couple of times before I understood. Minor point though.

This is so good I have had people offer to buy the ingredients if I would only make it for them! It is delicious, crispy outside, warm moist inside, just yummmm!!

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
I liked the cornflake coating more than I thought I would and the combination of cheese. Baking rather than frying appealed to me too.

Chicken Lo Mein

Husband loved it, I liked it- but spicy foods appeal to me and this is not spicy. If you can get past the picture... try it.

So delicious and so easy! Line the pan with foil and you only have one to clean up. I served this with jasmine rice and sauteed veggies.

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce

Delilcious but didn't have quite the intensity of flavor I was expecting. I would make it again but add more chiles/hot pepper.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I

Finally I can make good coleslaw! I didn't know what I was doing wrong before. Now I know, the sugar makes all the difference. This is wonderful slaw, I love it.

Hot and Spicy Tofu

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2007
Very tasty. I added chicken broth instead of water. When I open a can or box of chicken broth and have leftovers I pour it in an ice cube tray then put the frozen cubes in a zip top bag. Then you have small amounts available without opening a whole can.

Yes indeed very easy and tasty! If I have the time and energy I make my own meatballs, -mix up some ground chuck, parmesan, S & P, bread crumbs and an egg. Bake them in the oven and voila! I enjoyed this rich and hearty recipe.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
They were delicious for sure, but the texture was more cakey than rolly for me. I did not use a bread machine and that may have had something to do with it. I just mixed everything up in my mixer with dough hooks. The dough held together well and they were simple to make. The first batch turned out perfect!

Nana's Mashed Turnip

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2008
When my husband described what he was making for dinner (this dish) I said oooh that doesn't sound very good. Well I ate my words and gobbled up 2 servings as this was incredibly good! I didn't see the point of cooking it lid on/lid off though. Thanks Nanna!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: May 23, 2010
I also find these addictive, I could eat them every week. And if you melt 1/4 c. butter and squeeze a half lemon in it and pour on right before you serve they are even better! For less calories just the lemon.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Thanks Sean - this was delicious- i had my husband mash up the chickpeas then added the rest of the ingredients except the bread crumbs, then just added and mixed till the texture was right. They held together fine. First batch browned quick! Watch your oil temp. Love the sauce too.

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2011
I was hesitant about baked beans with ground beef, never had them before but I trusted the ratings (and the suggestions) and I'm glad I did. These were the best, tastiest baked beans. I actually said Wow! after tasting. We left out the white sugar. They were plenty sweet without it. 5 stars
