Chicken Noodle Casserole I
I do not understand the rave reviews for this recipe. Even with some "jazzy" modifications (peas, bell pepper, onion, garlic) it was so bland and boring, not to mention it takes way too long to prep. With all the condensed soup it just feels so unhealthy also. I wanted comfort food and I got filler food. I probably will not make this again.

The Best Chicken Fried Steak
Not bad but could use a bit more seasning! This was my first attempt at frying food, texture came out great. TIP: If you don't have a thermometer, scrunch up a piece of white bread into a 1" cube, toss it into the oil and when it takes about 60 secs to brown, then the oil is ready. I read that online, worked great for me, my steaks cooked in 4 min each.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken
Delicious base sauce, have made it several times. This time when i made it I put it on pork chops, and for fun I jazzed it up with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a splash of lemon juice to tenderize the meat. I also added a tbspn of raspberry vinegar, gives it the perfect balance of sweet and tang. It is great as-is, but you can play with it too to suit your taste. Try dipping pretzels in it, tastes just like a great pretzel dip we get in well-known gift baskets each year at christmas!
