Copycat Chipotle(R) Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice
Good tasting recipe. I usually add my stuff to rice before I cook it so I wasn't sure about this method. It was great. I made my rice a bit drier so it would absorb the lime. Definitely will make this again.

Bacon Pancake Strips with Maple-Peanut Butter Sauce
Made it this morning with rave reviews, for the syrup. Really that's what this recipe is about. I didn't measure (didn't want to clean measuring cups of pb), but just added the syrup ingredients to the pot, until it was the consistency I wanted. I used my own (whole wheat) pancake mix, and did cook the bacon on the side (picky eaters). But we ended up dipping the bacon in syrup or crumbling it and adding it to the top of the pancakes. Thanks for sharing! Will definitely make again.

Pesto Primavera Tortellini with Chicken
Very good, but a lot of steps. I've made many versions of this recipe, always sautéing my vegetables together. It prevents the zucchini from becoming mushy because I add my veggies depending on the time they need to be cooked. I substituted many things, including Italian sausage for the chicken. I skipped the asparagus and added more mushrooms. It may seem like a lot of veggies, but they shrink when you cook them - so add what you like. Very versatile recipe. I was hesitant to make a recipe submitted by a cleaning product... After all the worst part of cooking is the messy kitchen! But with my suggestion, cleanup is easier. I make the veggies and meat in one, large pan. Then add the cooked tortellini ( any pasta will do) and pesto. Oh ya, I make my pesto in large batches and freeze it in ice cube trays.
