Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I made this in the crockpot, set it to low and slow cooked all day. My friends just loved it. The fritos are a must. I cut the chili beans down from 3 cans to 2 cans. Great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

Made this for x-mas dinner. Great choice, had more ingredients than room in my pan. Had to throw away noodles and use remaining sauce for something else. I thought it a bit salty too, thought it was the cheese....

Crab Dip II

I used real crab meat thinking this would be better with the real thing. I struggled to give this dish some flavor. I put it in the frig hoping the flavor will come to life if it sits. If not, I won't make this again.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

I made this weekend for a baby shower, what a hit! Not sure why recipe calls for 2 cups of cinnamon sugar, I used about 3/4 cup for the chips and had a bunch leftover.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

I made this on Saturday and let me tell you, my family thought it was wonderful. I loved the lemony flavor, it was nice because you didn't have to use alot of sauce hence the butter was not a big issue. My sixteen year old thought it was fabulous. I will definately make this again and keep it on the list of recipes to use when I have company, very delicious.

Asian Flank Steak

This was the first time I made flank steak and I guess I thought it would be really tender. My husband says it was for a flank steak. We cooked ours medium rare, maybe it would have been more tender if cooked more well. It was very good however.

White Chocolate Blueberry Cheesecake

Every person at my dinner party (8) raved! Several couldn't believe it was homemade, they were sure it was purchased. (its alot of work, but worth it) The only thing I would add, is the blueberry sauce is so delicious, we ran out before the cake was finished. I would increase the sauce by 50% next time I make it.

Classic Veal Marsala

This recipe was great. I also cut the broth down to 1 and 1/2 cups from 3 cups. Made plenty of sauce and sprinkled about 1 tspb. of flour to thicken in order to speed up the cook time.

Roquefort Pear Salad

I made this recipe and it was DELICIOUS! I substituted the blue cheese with gorgonzola cheese (its a little milder in my opinion) I would also recommend spraying the wax paper with PAM because it was hard to get the wax paper off the nuts.
