A CA Thanksgiving Dinner with a Dry Brined Turkey

I put together most of the dishes I make for Thanksgiving, and for leftovers. Besides the turkey tetrazzini I always make turkey chili and/or soup. Youe can never guess what the weather is going to be out here, so I like recipes that work in nice or
The turkey recipe is outstanding. I posted it 3 years ago and it's still waiting for review, so I thought I'd put it out here. I used to wet brine my turkeys (very messy), but after I saw this dry brine recipe I've never made turkey any other way.
The turkey comes out amazingly moist, and I have to buy extra turkey so I can give out leftovers!
