Seafood Fettuccine

OH MY GOSH!!!!! This was outstanding. The only things we changed per other reviewers was a 1/2 cup wine, and some sliced mushrooms with the onions and garlic (maybe one or two more cloves of garlic) everything else the same soooooooooooo good thank you for a wonderful recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

HOOOOLLLLYYYYY Good soup....Love love love it!!! Made this recipe for my family lastnight and it's already gone. I did put a wee bit more cheese (we love cheese) and a little less garlic...but kept everything else the same and it was OUTSTANDING! Thanks for a great recipe.

Pepperoni Dip II

I was looking for something quick to make to take to a football party and ran across this. I thought it sounded a bit odd but I was in a hurry and this sounded so easy. I made it in my mini dip crock and out the door I went.......it was a huge hit with everyone... I will make this again and again....so easy and so tasty

Marinated Flank Steak

WOW!!! We made this marinade yesterday, I used a sirlion tip steak because I couldn't get flank steak. We Love love love this...the best marinade we've ever had. We had friends over for dinner and I made extra steak to have some leftover for lunch today, well....not a piece was left...even their picky eater had thirds. So my hubby ran to the store for more steak and we are having it again today. Thanks for a great one

OMG!!! This was the best meal I've ever made hands down. I followed exactly except for adding the veggies. I made a tzatziki from foodnetwork, served the marinated grilled meat in warmed pita pockets with fresh slices of onion, tomato and the sauce. We felt like we were in a greek resturant. I will make this again and again. Wonderful flavor, thank you thank you!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I have a tendancy to tweak recipes just for fun. With this all I added was 1/4 cup chopped scallops, 1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs. I used about double the mushrooms and had just enough filling...these little beauties flew off the plate. I know they would be just as wonderful without my additions. Thanks for a hit!!!

Cream of Fresh Asparagus Soup II

OMG!!!!!!...I would give this 10 stars if I could. I am an Asparagus HATER!!!, but hubby loves it. I followed another reviewers suggestion and sauted asparagus and onion with a clove of garlic in a tablespoon of bacon fat before adding to the chicken broth, which I also added 1/2 cup white wine to broth, otherwise followed exactly.......this was fabulous. I EVEN ATE IT, people I hate asparagus. All three of my young children also enjoyed. I will make this again and again. Thank you thank you!

Made these last night for a family get together.....followed nearly exactly except for using 10oz of tequilla instead of 12, didn't want anyone on the floor before dinner....*grin* These were yum yum yummy! I will make these again for sure!

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread

My family and I absoloutly love this recipe. I do find that it's a wee think when we want to use for dipping so I just blending a couple of tablespoons of skim milk. And I leave it as is when we want to eat with steak or chicken...sooooooooo so good. I even made it for a party and they thought I had bought it at a gourmet shop. A must have for the garlic, feta lover.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

I found it so funny that this recipe was featured on the home page of the site today. I stumbled upon it last week looking for new recipes to livin up my Thanksgiving table. I gave this one a test run with a dinner I made for friends. It was a rave success. And though I am like others, and like to try a recipe exactly how it is before adding any of my own twists, I couldn't resist the suggestion of adding some crumbled feta cheese(a favorite in our house). Amazing salad!!! Because the recipe didn't specify I used red onion in the dressing....sooooo good. Thanks for this awesome brightly flavored salad, I can hardly wait to put it on the table this Thanksgiving

Chili I

SHOCKED!!! This chili is now THE chili. I always try to follow exactly the first time, but I hate kidney beans so I used 2 cans pinto, one can great northern. I also only used 2 chopped jalepenos instead of 4 because of the kiddos.....that is all I changed....it was a HUGE hit....even with my brothers girlfriend who doesn't like chili. Thanks for an awesome....excentric recipe. Never could have imagined this combination would render such an intense flavor.

Lemon Soup

I really want to give this 5 stars for the taste. I gave it 4 because my entire family was put off by the frothy texture. I put that aside and ate 3 bowls. The second day the froth was for the most gone, and it had thinkened considerably and I really loved it that way. Perhaps then I could get my family to eat it that way. Thanks for a great flavored soup
