Born to an Italian/Irish family. My mother is a fantastic cook and my cooking is a fusion of the old world italian food I grew up on. I like to update these handed down recipes to reflect my vision and tastes. Anything and everything- I love to experiment. Actually my 2 dogs love when I try new things- they have eaten my mistakes. Sunday mornings with my mom an her sisters- the kids always got the garlic job in my house. Slicing garlic cloves paperthin so that it melts into the food. My stuffed peppers and Italian Wedding Soup have been know to heal the sick, mend family feuds and both dishes are staples in my families dinners. Attempted homeade ravoli's wiith eggroll wrappers. they all came apart in the boiling water and it was a gross mess.
