Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2007
This was very tasty. Much tastier than store bought quiches. I followed the cooking instructions exactly but ended up putting it back in the oven for an additional 15 minutes because I thought that would firm it up a little more. I also added mushrooms and I think that really added to the nice flavour. My boyfriend loved it too. By the way, I used frozen pastry shells, as I have never made pastry before, and they were good enough for me.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Love this. I add broccolli and red peppers and/or tomatoes depending on what I have available and freeze in individual portions.

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2007
These are quite easy to make and you can be really flexible with the ingredients. I left the chilies and added tofu and it turned out great. Since I find them a little bland, I add some salsa to them and then, in my opinion, they are delicious. So easy to bring to work and heat up quickly

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2006
I really liked this. I did as others have mentionned and used about half the breading and I omitted the butter. Maybe I would have liked it more with the butter. For leftovers the next day, I poured some creamed soup on top which made it much more enjoyable. I think next time I will add the butter and the soup right away. Very tasty though and pretty easy.

French Onion Soup VIII

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2004
Delicious! Although I found that the 6 servings really only equalled 2 servings (granted, we filled two french onion soup bowls right to the brim). Very easy to make.....and very good too. Will make it often.

Cabbage Rolls I

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2004
These tasted fine but I prefer cabbage rolls with baked with sauce on top. Will stick to the way I was making them before.
