Spaghetti Squash I
This was the first time that I made spaghetti squash. I didn't add the olives but I will next time. My husband and I liked this dish. We ground some sea salt on it before serving.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie
This recipe is amazing. I took it to work for a co-workers birthday. We sent out an email to share it and it was completely demolished in record time. Will make again and again!!

My Favorite Beet Salad
This was very good. I also scaled it down to 2 servings. Very fresh. I am not a beet lover but was given one by a friend. My husband loves beets and we are trying to eat healthier. The flavors were very complimentary.
